can a SEALEY Exhaust Pipe Cutter Ratcheting VS16371 to cut off a catalytic converter?or any other Exhaust Pipe Cutter Ratcheting is good to remove a catalytic converter?in your opinion can you advice me which is the best tool for this job?but an easy to handle tool,a small and quiet one.thanks.hope i will hear from you soon.

What kind of car are you trying to cut the cat off of? I don't typically do exhaust work but when I do I use a sawzall or angle grinder.
thank you for answering me so quickly.i need a tools for my father's'hobby'',he does service working and the idea is that i need an easy,small and quiet tool for this job.a tool which is perfect for any type of car,it doesn't matter what type of car,all kinds.but without lifting the car,just getting underneath it.and he tried an Exhaust Pipe Chain Cutter,but the chain wasn't good.he tried a lot with it.my father not being so young,he wants a fast and easy tool.sorry if i talk too much and you have more details that you would need.an angle grinder or a sawzall wouldn't make me any good.so if you google SEALEY Exhaust Pipe Cutter Ratcheting VS16371 wou will see my option for the job.but i need to know if the tool is good or to hear your idea,because you are the specialist.
