I add some water remover from gas on empty gas tank after that I started have this problems. First the car started going up and down on idle speed, Second taking twise more gas milige, and becaming rich on exaust pipe. Third my Oil sencor always beping when I go fast. This my problems after additing this on emty gas tank around 4 bottles.The car is old and computers reading isn't avalable. VW golf 1988 GL. Milage around 120,000 before were overheated and I changed head gasket.

So, you added water remover or drygas to your fuel and now the idle is fluctuating and getting poor fuel mileage. Whens the last time you changed your oil and what kind of oil are you using?
Also, did you say you added 4 bottles of dry gas to an empty tank?
Also how long ago did you do the head gasket?

Thanks Danny for fast answer we have same car Golf 1988 I love even peole think its junk as my wife. My oil is black but I change a lote I used only for 3,000 milles. I got car two years ago from auction for 400 dollars and changed head gasket 1 year ago but drive for 1,000 milles after that. Yes I add 4 bottles in empty tank I though I have gas and only it is in bad condition and add to start a car.
I am not sure what kind of oil I used before but car usually park at street and I using it in emergency as fixing different car.
