performed 55k mile service on 2006 Audi A4, now Im showing a CEL, possible causes?

I just performed the 55k mile service on my 2006 Audi A4 2.0T. I changed the oil, replaced both cabin and engine air filters and replaced the spark plugs. Car ran good after, no CEL no issues. Went back out last night to dinner and car was showing a CEL, still felt like it was driving strong, didnt feel anything but hard to tell. Not sure what it could be, possibly sparks plug related? That is the only work I did that I can think of that would throw a CEL.

Could be that, could be just from misfiring due to changing the fuel filter. Call your local parts stores they have scan tools you can use to get me the fault code numbers then I will have a better idea.
