Radio wont work

I boosted my 2002 jetta tdi and when I got back in the radio wouldn't turn on. I checked the fuses and they were good. I have 2 constant powers going to the deck but no ignition power.

Does the radio say on it whether it is the Monsoon system or not? The wiring differs slightly. You have power at wire 15 and 16 and the fuse in the back of the radio is good, how about continuity to ground from wire 12, the brown ground wire?
